Honey in the Rock

Honey In the Rock Apiary is family owned and operated in China Spring, Texas. We Pride ourselves in harvesting and producing pure, raw, local honey. Our bees enjoy harvesting from wild flowers, mesquite and cactus. Cultivated crops are not used to make our honey. The bees take up the natural pollen in our area and it is made into honey which benefits those who live in the surrounding areas.   As a third generation bee keeper, what started as a hobby has grown into a thriving business that now includes his son and other family members.  At Honey In The Rock we handle our products with care and pride to give our customers a pure, raw and oh so sweet product.
